Healthy leave mustard stir fry recipe with garlic and chili peppers.

This stir fry celebrates the earthy bitterness of mustard greens balanced by garlic's warmth and chili's gentle heat-a trio that mirrors the harmony of a well-crafted Italian dish. The use of lard, though unconventional, adds a richness that elevates the greens without overpowering them, making it a reliable anchor for any home kitchen seeking depth without complexity.
