Make your own egg salad (classic and easy)

Ingredients

  • 6 Egg
  • 1.7 oz Schmand
  • 1.7 oz mayonnaise
  • el gewurzgurkenwasser
  • 1 Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • schnittlauchrollchen

Instructions

    Boil the eggs for 10 minutes.

    Meanwhile, whisk together all the sauce ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

    Cool the eggs under cold water and peel them. Then dice them finely, for example with an egg slicer.

    Add the eggs and chives (if using) to the sauce. Let it sit in the refrigerator until serving. Enjoy.
