One Pot Chicken with Vegetables from the Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast filet
  • 2 knoblauchzehen
  • 6.7 oz zucchini
  • 1 rote paprikaschote
  • 1 gelbe paprikaschote
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp tl paprikapulver edelsu
  • 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Instructions

    Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Finely chop the garlic. Cut the bell peppers into small pieces, slice the zucchini.

    Put all ingredients together in the cooking basket of the air fryer, season, mix and cook in the air fryer at 190 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Stir once in between.
