These enchiladas from the air fryer only take about 5 minutes to bake - you can't make filled tortillas faster or better!

These enchiladas combine Italian pasta sauce with a Mexican flair - a perfect compromise between traditional techniques and modern efficiency. The air fryer releases the flavors of the Arrabbiata and the grated cheese without overbaking the tortillas, which preserves the balance between creamy taste and crispy crust. For a quick, yet authentically Italian solution in your home oven, this is a proven method.

Quick Enchiladas from the Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 13.3 oz pasta sauce arrabbiata
  • 3.3 oz mais
  • 5 oz Black Beans
  • 2.7 oz Grated cheese
  • 6 tortilla wraps
  • 0.7 oz Jalapeño Pepper

Instructions

    Set aside 4 teaspoons of pasta sauce for garnish. Mix the remaining sauce with corn and beans.

    Spread sauce in the middle of the wraps, sprinkle with some cheese and roll up the wraps. Then spread with the remaining pasta sauce and top with the remaining cheese and jalapenos.

    Place the enchiladas in the air fryer basket and bake at 180 degrees Airfry for about 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
