Ingredients

  • 5 oz weiche datteln ohne stein
  • 5.8 oz doppelrahmfrischkase
  • 1 Schmand
  • 1 knoblauchzehe
  • 1 tsp Curry powder
  • 2 tsp tl harissapaste
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

    Puree the dates in a food processor or with an immersion blender until they form a paste.

    Add the remaining ingredients and puree until a creamy dip is formed.
