  • 4 medium overly ripe bananas mashed
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 Egg
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chunks chunks, plus more for topping

  • 9×5 Inch Loaf Pan
  • Parchment Paper

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.

    In a large bowl, stir together the mashed bananas, coconut oil, honey, eggs, and vanilla. Add the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt, mixing until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chunks.
