Ingredients

  • 4 medium overly ripe bananas mashed
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 Egg
  • 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Walnuts
  • 1 butter

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.

    In a bowl, mix the mashed bananas, coconut oil, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla. Add the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt, mixing until just combined. Stir in the chocolate or walnuts.
