Healthy Waffles
Healthy vegan whole-grain waffles without sugar, eggs, butter, or milk that also taste good. This recipe works! Perfect for babies and toddlers.

Instructions
- 1
Mix flour with baking powder. Whisk together the plant-based milk with the fruit puree (should be quite thick) and oil. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well until a smooth batter is formed. Add spices such as vanilla or cinnamon as desired, and sweeten if desired (see tips). Let the waffle batter rest for about 5 minutes.
- 2
Heat the waffle iron and grease it well. Place about one quarter to one sixth of the batter in the center, close the iron, and bake. The waffles taste good warm and cold.
Ago's Notes
- Adjust salt to taste, depending on the salt content of the canned goods.
The combination of whole wheat flour and fruity fruit puree creates a nutritious and delicious texture—let it rise in the pan until golden brown and crispy, and savor every bite.
