One Pot Tortellini
My one-pot tortellini is incredibly creamy, simple, and quick to make. In just 20 minutes, your new family favorite will be on the table.

Instructions
- 1
Finely chop the onion and garlic. Slice the sun-dried tomatoes into strips. Wash the baby spinach.
- 2
Heat the canola oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic. Stir in the tomato paste and sauté briefly.
- 3
Add the vegetable broth and tortellini, bring to a boil, and simmer for 2 minutes with the lid on and medium heat.
- 4
Then, add the cream and spinach and let the spinach wilt briefly.
- 5
Stir in the Parmesan cheese and tomatoes, and season the tortellini pan with salt and pepper.
Ago's Notes
- Adjust salt to taste, depending on the salt content of the canned ingredients.
Let the ingredients work their magic - a harmonious blend of acidity, sweetness, and texture that perfectly showcases the tortellini. Enjoy the flavors of Italy, simplified and with attention to detail.
