Air Fryer Pork Chops
Make quick, easy, and juicy air fryer pork chops in just 20 minutes! This method is perfect for weeknights. These chops turn out perfectly seared with a flavorful, caramelized crust.

Instructions
- 1
Pat the pork chops dry on both sides.
- 2
Rub both sides of the pork chops with olive oil.
- 3
Combine all of the seasoning ingredients together and rub the seasoning mix into the pork chops. Coat them well on both sides.
- 4
Preheat the air fryer to 400ºF.
- 5
Cook for 12-14 minutes, flipping halfway through. Cook until the internal temperature reaches 140-145ºF. Thicker pork chops may require a longer cooking time.
- 6
Let the pork chops rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
Ago's Notes
- Adjust salt to taste based on your canned goods.
Let the sweet and smoky glaze cling to those chops like a warm embrace-when you pull them out, the aroma alone will make you wish you'd made double the batch. Enjoy with a slice of crusty bread, and remember, the best meals are the ones shared with someone who appreciates a perfectly balanced bite.

It's ridiculously, unbelievably, eye-rollingly good that has top chefs like Australia's Ben Shrewry and New York Times food critic Sam Sifton raving!Thomas’s secret is a touch of curry powder in the marinade. Yes, really! At Kalimera, the chicken is cooked on a vertical spit layered with fat, but even on the BBQ or stove, it’s ridiculously good. I've made it for many people now, and everyone is nuts for it!
